DREMO rewards your hard work and reliability and wants to improve your quality of life. For this purpose, we have introduced the DREMO productivity bonus, which all DREMO temporary workers can receive.
50 euros monthly bonus for our diligent employees
In addition to your wages, you will receive €50 per month tax-free from us as part of the so-called non-cash benefit. You can use this credit for payments either with regional acceptance partners or online with retailers of your choice.
In order to receive the productivity bonus, the following criteria must have been met in the previous calendar month:
- You started your assignment on schedule and on time at the time set by us or by the client company after weekends or after free shifts.
- Time sheets, certificates of incapacity for work, holiday applications and applications for time off from the working time account for the last calendar month must be submitted in full to our office by the 5th working day of the new month.
- You must not have missed more than two working days due to sickness, child sickness, or paid leave not pre-approved by us and your employing company.
- You were not absent for at least one working day for other reasons, e.g. unexcused absence or unpaid leave.
- Your behaviour has not been warned, e.g. for alcohol consumption or refusal to work.
- You must have been employed by us for the full calendar month.
Once you have met these criteria for the first time in your new DREMO job, we will register you with Edenred. At the time of hiring, you decide whether you want to use a physical or virtual card for on-site payments or use your monthly bonus for online purchases.
After the first bonus payment, you will receive an email from Edenred to register independently and create your Edenred user account. In addition, we will send you a message every month informing you about the credit top-up.
You have two options for using your monthly productivity bonus. Each month, you can decide how you would like to use your credit.
We offer you two different ways to receive your monthly productivity bonuses when you are hired:
City Card
If you would like to use your bonus locally, you can apply for either a physical plastic card or a virtual card. This card can be used flexibly with numerous acceptance partners in selected regions. You choose the region yourself. Unlike the physical plastic card, the virtual card can be used on your smartphone with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We will load your monthly productivity bonus of €50 as credit to your Edenred account. You can also accumulate credit over several months to save up for a larger purchase.
The virtual card is available immediately and can be added directly to your smartphone. It can be used for payments with Edenred partners.
If you have chosen the physical card, it will be sent to you by post. A one-time fee of €10 applies for processing, production, and shipping. This amount will be deducted from your first top-up.
You can change the region in which you want to use your card at any time. The change will take effect with the next top-up. Any credit accumulated up to that point will remain valid for the previous region and cannot be transferred to the new region.
All other settings—such as setting a PIN, ordering a physical card, creating a virtual card, blocking a card, or ordering a replacement card in case of loss or a follow-up card before the card expires—can be managed independently in the Edenred user portal at https://nutzer.edenred.de.
MeinGutschein
With this option, you can use your bonus online via the benefits system. You will receive a digital voucher worth €50 each month, which you can redeem with one of the online partners offered by Edenred of your choice. In addition, it is possible to redeem multiple vouchers at the same time with most retailers.
This system is not tied to a specific region and is particularly suitable if your work locations change frequently or if you prefer to use your credit flexibly online.
You can choose your preferred retailer anew each month. To do so, open the Edenred app or the user portal at https://nutzer.edenred.de, click on “Manage Benefits,” and select your desired voucher partner under “Upcoming Top-Ups.”
Important Notes on Account Management
After registration by DREMO, the entire management of your Edenred account, including your cards or vouchers, is your sole responsibility.

Install the Edenred App
The Edenred app provides an easy way to manage your credit, cards, and monthly benefits directly on your smartphone. You can view your current top-up, find merchants in your region, select digital vouchers, or manage your virtual card. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
